• Simon & Schuster’s CEO attempted to calm anxiety about the company’s sale to KKR, a private equity firm who plans to implement an employee-owned structure

• Rutgers recently published a case study on employee ownership at an environmental contracting agency 

What’s Next 

• An employee ownership forum is being held in Texas! In September Houston is hosting the National Center for Employee Ownership Fall Forum
