Transform Finance's new report lays out all the alternatives to traditional corporate ownership

Transform Finance, a nonprofit advocating for changes to finance, has just published what I suspect will be a landmark report laying out all the options available to business owners interested in alternative forms of ownership: Alternative Ownership Enterprises: An Introduction for Mission-Oriented Investors.

The report is packed with useful content. One visual that stuck out to me was a Venn diagram mapping out the different ways to own a business based on whether they center workers, purpose, or other stakeholders. Take a look:
